    I’m quite skinny, and i know that to gain weight, i need to exercise in order to get more hungry and burn calories (to make room for more) however i’m not too sure what type of exercise is good for me? I don’t want to do too much and end up losing weight.

    yeah your right Jamie, exercise more so you get naturally hungry and dont run or do anything that involves it instead just lift weights and do body weight exercises to get your appetite up 😛
